摘    要:通过对中西饮食文化的特点及现状的对比性分析,论证了整个中西文化在如今国际经济一体化的条件下,已经和谐地共存在一起,这同时又促进了文化向多样性发展,提出应当尊重和容忍异质文化.

Abstract:By Comparatively analyzing the features and present situation of Chinese and western food culture, the author demonstrates that Chinese and western cultures have already coexisted harmoniously under the condition of international economic integration, which promotes the development of cultural variety. Therefore, all the people should respect and tolerate foreign cultures.
