ABAQUS在输水隧洞衬砌结构计算中的应用

摘    要:为研究输水隧洞在地震荷载作用下结构的受力变形规律,文章采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS,对输水隧洞在设计和地震两种工况下的应力及变形规律进行分析研究,得到以下结果:输水隧洞衬砌结构在两种工况下应力最大值均位于边墙与底板的交接位置,在交接处由于结构突变产生了应力集中,结构位移在底板的跨中位置最大,其次是顶拱位置,在边墙两侧呈对称分布;在地震荷载作用下,隧洞结构应力及变形情况均大于设计工况,在底板、边墙及拱顶交接处产生塑性变形并发生破坏,并向周围扩散,在设计中应在底板、边墙及拱顶交接处采取一定的措施来防止结构破坏。结果表明,有限元ABAQUS在隧洞衬砌结构计算中准确性高,设计成果符合工程实际情况。

Abstract:Large-scale finite element software ABAQUS is adopted in the paper to study the force deformation law of the structure in the water conveyance tunnel under seismic load action.The stress and deformation law of the water conveyance tunnel in the design and seismic conditions are analyzed and studied.The following results are obtained:the stress maximum value of the water conveyance tunnel structure under the two working conditions is located in the joint of side wall and bottom board.Stress concentration is generated due to structural mutation.The structural displacement is the largest in the midspan position of the bottom board,which is followed by the top arch position and symmetrically distributed on both sides of the sidewall.The stress and deformation of the tunnel structure are greater than the design conditions under the action of earthquake load,and the plastic deformation and failure occur at the joints of bottom board,side wall and vault,which spreads around.Certain measures should be taken at the joints of bottom board,side wall and vault to prevent structural damage in the design.The results show that the accuracy of finite element ABAQUS in the calculation of tunnel lining structure is high,and the design results are in line with the actual engineering situation.
