摘    要:本文提出了一种基于电力专用多核异构芯片的低压保护测控装置的软硬件设计方案。结合电力专用多核异构芯片基本结构,描述了一体化高集成度的低压保护测控装置总体设计;面向低压多合一和备自投等装置对硬件对外接口进行了设计;阐述了软件系统架构设计以及装置功能在多核之间的分配,重点对电力专用算法、基于前置数据处理和电气参量计算的实时数据流以及外围设备访问抽象等内容进行了说明,同时对优化的多核间通信机制进行了分析。基于该芯片设计的低压保护测控装置已于某110 kV变电站低压侧完成功能和性能验证。试验结果表明该方案具有可行性。

Abstract:This paper presents a hardware and software design scheme of a low voltage relay protection device integrated with measurement and control based on power dedicated multi-core heterogeneous chip. Combining with the basic structure of power dedicated multi-core heterogeneous chip, this paper describes the overall design of highly integrated low-voltage protection device integrated with measurement and control;designs the external interface of hardware for low-voltage all-in-one and standby self-switching devices;expounds the design of software system architecture and the allocation of device functions among multi-cores, focusing on power dedicated algorithm, real-time data flow based on pre-data processing and calculation of electrical parameters, and the abstraction of peripheral device access. The optimized multi-core communication mechanism is analyzed. Function and performance of the low-voltage protection device integrated with measurement and control based on the chip has been verified at the low- voltage side of a 110 kV substation, and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by the test results.
