抽水蓄能与风电等可再生能源联合供电系统优化配置研究

摘    要:由于风电等可再生能源的间歇性、随机性特征,其发电出力的不稳定性可能危及电网系统的运行安全。文章针对抽水蓄能与风电等可再生能源联合供电系统,介绍了其配置方案的优化设计计算模型以及相关限制条件,建立了逐步求解对应模型的设计计算方法,可计算分析各电源的实际利用情况、系统供电保证率情况、蓄能电站水库库容及水位变化情况。以大万山岛孤立供电系统为实例,提出了通过绘制“风机台数—蓄能电站调节库容—系统供电保证率”的莫诺图,建立系统供电保证率与系统配置参数的影响关系,据此可选择较优的风机台数和水库库容组合,并最终求出了整个系统的优化配置方案。

Abstract:The instability of the generated output may endanger the operation safety of the power grid system due to the intermittent and random characteristics of renewable energy sources such as wind power.The optimization design calculation model and related constraints of the configuration plans are introduced in view of the combined power supply system of pumped storage associated with wind power and other renewable energy sources,the design and calculation method of step-by-step solution corresponding model is established,the actual use of the power supply,the system of power supply reliability,pumped storage power station reservoir capacity and water level changes can be calculated and analyzed.Dawanshan Island isolated power supply system is adopted as an example to put forward the mono figure by drawing“fan quantity-pumped storage power station regulated storage capacity-system power supply reliability”.An influence relationship of system power supply reliability and the system configuration parameters is established,thereby choosing the best combination of fan number and the reservoir capacity,and finally finding out the optimized configuration plan of the whole system.
