南方区域复杂交直流互联电网系统运行特性与 安全稳定控制

南方电网交直流互联、远距离、大容量、超高压输电,通过多回交流线路与周边地区及国家互联互通,运行特性复杂。本文结合近年来南方区域电力系统运行实践,对复杂交直流互联电网运行特性进行深入探讨,揭示了当前南方区域电网运行的主要安全风险,包括:单一原因引发共模故障风险突出,一、二次设备拒动在交直流紧密耦合场景下稳定问题突出;频率、功角稳定问题严重影响主网安全。在总结梳理稳定控制措施的基础上,提出了构建基于广域信息的电力系统安全稳定防线,以提升未来南方区域电网安全稳定控制水平。

Operation Characteristics and Security&Stability Control of the Complex AC-DC Interconnected Power Grid in Southern China

Featured with long distance,large capacity,extra high voltage and AC-DC interconnected operation,China Southern Power Grid is interconnected with surrounding areas and countries through multiple AC lines,and has complex operation characteristics.In combination with the operation practice of Southern China regional power system during recent years,the operation characteristics of complex AC-DC interconnected power grid is discussed in depth.This paper reveals the main security risks in the operation of Southern China regional power system,including:the prominent risk of single-cause common mode fault,the prominent stability problem caused by the primary and secondary equipment failure in the AC-DC close coupling scenario;and the security of main power grid caused by the stability problems of frequency and rotor angle seriously.On the basis of summarizing the stability control methods,this paper proposes to build the power system security and stability defense lines based on wide-area information,which will make the China Southern Power Grid more secure and stable in the future.
