摘    要:利用理论计算、试验数据对影响辐射式延时点火具传火管失效的因素进行了研究。结果表明:隔板材料热处理方法是影响传火管失效的主要因素。采用Matlab软件,得到了不同热处理方法在不同温度下隔板材料1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢力学性能参数的变化规律:随着温度的升高,抗拉强度和条件屈服强度都逐渐降低,且抗拉强度受温度的影响较大;伸长率、断面收缩率和冲击韧性的变化趋势为先减小、再增大。

Abstract:Theoretical calculation and experimental data analysis were used to study the factors affecting the failure of the fire tube of radial delayed igniter. Results show that heat treatment method of the separator material is the main factor for the failure of the fire tube. Mechanical properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel with different heat treatment methods at different temperatures were obtained by using Software Matlab. With the increase of temperature, the tensile strength and conditional yield strength decrease gradually, and the tensile strength is greatly affected by temperature. Elongation, reduction of area and impact toughness first decrease and then increase.
