浅析水利信息化建设项目单元工程质量检验与评定和现行规范存在的差异及建议

近年来,水利信息化建设项目逐渐成为水利现代化建设的重要内容。由于水利信息化项目建设内容涉及附属设施建设、设备采购安装、软件(程序)开发和系统集成应用等多项内容,现行规程规范在质量检验与评定尤其是单元工程质量检验与评定过程中,还存在单元评定表格不易与质量评定实际相结合、质量检验与评定结论的支撑或备查依据不明确、质量检验与评定资料不统一问题,不便于水利信息化建设项目实施过程中实体工程质量的控制和质量评(认)定。文章旨在结合疏勒河灌区水利信息化项目建设实际,探讨现行规程规范与水利信息化建设项目单元工程质量检验与评定存在的差异,供规范实行时参考。

Brief Analysis on the Differences and Suggestions in Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Water Conservancy Information Construction Project Unit Engineering with Current Standards

Water conservancy modernization and other related work deployment in recent years.Water conservancy information construction project has gradually become an important part of water conservancy modernization construction.Since the content of the water conservancy information construction involves ancillary facilities construction,equipment procurement and installation,software(program)development,system integration application and other contents.Current regulations and standards suffer from many problems in quality inspection and evaluation,especially during the unit engineering quality inspection and evaluation process,namely unit assessment forms are not easily combined with actual quality evaluation,the support or reference of quality inspection and evaluation conclusion are not clear,quality inspection and evaluation data are inconsistent,and it is not convenient to control and evaluate entity project quality during information construction of water conservancy project implementation process.The difference between current standards and quality inspection and evaluation of the water conservancy information unit projects by combining with water conservancy information project construction practice in Shule River irrigation areas.
