疫情背景下医院外部公共空间复合优化策略 ——以广州中心城区既有大型综合医院为例

调研发现既有大型综合医院外部公共空间在交通组织、功能构成、空间模式、自然人文景观等方面均存在普遍 的不足，亟需优化改善。在突发疫情背景下，应立足整体性能提升的优化目标，建构整体式复合优化方法体系，营造 健康、安全、高效、便捷的既有大型综合医院外部公共空间环境。复合优化对策交通层面关注人车及院区与城市的协 同发展、功能层面关注与社会相融的多样化使用、空间层面关注单空间的完整性以及多空间的互动性、自然与人文景 观层面关注人与外部公共空间体验互动。最后以改造优化工程实践为例，验证整体式复合优化对策的有效性。

Compound Optimisation Strategy of Eternal Public Hospital Space in the Context of an Epidemic: A Case Study of a Large General Hospital in Guangzhou

The survey conducted in this study found there are several drawbacks regarding the external public space of the existing large-scale general hospital in terms of, for example, traffic organisation, functional composition, spatial mode, and the natural and cultural landscape, making measures for the optimisation of the current situation necessary. In the context of the outbreak of Covid-19, improvements to overall performance, construction of an integrated composite optimisation method system, and the creation of a healthy, safe, efficient and convenient external public space environment for the existing large-scale general hospital should be approached. At a transportation level, attention should be paid to the coordinated development of people and vehicles as well as the hospital district and the city. At a functional level, attention should be focused on the diversified use of social integration. Additionally, we should pay attention to the integrity of single spaces and the interaction of multiple spaces at a spatial level, and at a natural and human landscape level, attention should be paid to the interaction of people and the experience of external public space. Finally, taking the practice of transformation and optimisation engineering as an example, the effectiveness of the integrated composite optimisation strategy outlined in the paper is demonstrated.
