摘    要:乌都河洞口水电站新建厂房与原厂房间的水平距离小,开挖位置狭窄,施工条件受限、施工干扰较大,预固结灌浆后再控制爆破是厂房基础开挖施工技术关键。文章结合工程地质条件,按“自上而下,先坡后河床”的开挖方式,提出了预开挖边坡固结灌浆超前处理、分区分期梯度爆破为主辅以光面爆破和预裂爆破的开挖爆破施工技术方案,经爆破后验证,爆破效果良好,达到了预期效果,确保了工程工期质量和施工安全,节约了工程投资。

Abstract:The horizontal distance between the new workshop and the original workshop of the Wudu River Dongkou Hydropower Station is short,the excavation location is narrow,the construction conditions are limited,the construction interference is large,and controlled blasting is the key to the construction technology of the workshop foundation excavation after the preconsolidation grouting.The engineering geological conditions are combined in the paper.The excavation blasting construction technology plan based on preliminary excavation slope consolidation grouting advanced treatment and partition gradient blasting accompanied by smooth blasting and presplit blasting is proposed in accordance with the“top-down and slope-riverbed”excavation method.It is verified after blasting that the blasting effect is good,the desired effect is reached to ensure the engineering construction period quality and construction safety,thereby saving the engineering investment.
