| Abstract: | Focusing on the problem consist in air cooling type center.By compareing the specific heat of water and air, we put forward the scheme that retrofit air-cooled condenser to water-cooled condenser,what including transform supporting building ,design of electrical system . At length economic analysis of the transformation aslo was made in this thesis. |
