摘    要:从操作角度对 10 0 0 0m3 /h全精馏空分设备运行初期存在的工况不稳定 ,产品能耗高等问题的原因进行了分析 ;经过两年多的不断摸索 ,优化操作 ,提高了氧的提取率 ,增加了氧、氮、氩产量 ,降低了产品单耗 ,创造了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the causes concerning unsteady operation conditions and highe r energy consumption of products during the early operation of 10000m3/h ASU with full distillation from the viewpoint of operation.After more than two year s operation and study,the oxygen recovery ratio has been increased,the output o f oxygen,nitrogen and argon enhanced and the unit consumption of products reduce d.As a result,higher economic benefits have been gained.
