Ka波段大功率宽带波导—电缆转换组件的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种Ka波段大功率宽带波导—电缆转换组件的设计与实现方法。通过采用探针连接波导脊阶梯的结构,实现矩形波导与射频同轴电缆的模式转换和阻抗匹配,拓宽组件的带宽,提高组件的功率容量。仿真和测试结果证明了这种探针与波导脊阶梯的组合结构在波导—电缆转换组件中有效可行,在不设置调谐螺钉的情况下,在Ka波段较宽的频带内获得了小驻波、低损耗和大功率等优异性能。

Abstract:The design and implementation method for Ka band high-power and wideband waveguide-cable adapter is presented. By using a structure with probe connecting waveguide ridge ladder, the mode conversion and impedance matching are achieved, the bandwidth of the adapter is expanded and the power capacity is increased. Simulation and testing results prove that the waveguide-cable assembly with such a combined structure is feasihle, and achieves the performance of low VSWR, low-loss and high-power in wider frequency band of Ka-band without additional tuning screw.
