摘    要:针对目前低烟无卤阻燃电缆外护套的开裂问题,研究了护套材料及外护套抗开裂性能的试验方法,对护套材料及其挤制护套常温机械性能试验和耐温性能试验结果进行分析探讨,为更好地筛选出抗开裂性能较好的低烟无卤阻燃护套料,提出了更为苛刻的试验方法建议,以期对低烟无卤阻燃电缆护套料,抗开裂性能的研究及筛选工作有所参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Aiming at the crack problem of the I.SZH flame retardant cable outer sheath, the test methods for the anti-cracking performance of the sheath compounds and outer sheath are studied, and the testing results of the mechanical properties and temperature resistance of the sheath compounds and extruded sheath are analyzed and discussed. In addition, a more critical test method for screening out a LSZH sheath compound with better anti- cracking performance is proposed so as to provide some reference for the research and screening of LSZH flame retardant cable sheath compounds' anti cracking performance.
