芳纶短纤维在轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘    要:研究芳纶短纤维在轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中直接加入芳纶短纤维,胶料性能较差,且芳纶短纤维用量越大的胶料性能越差;添加分散剂TNB88并采用恒温密炼工艺后,添加芳纶短纤维的胶料门尼粘度和门尼焦烧时间变化不大,硫化速度加快,强伸性能、耐磨性能、压缩疲劳性能、抗切割性能、炭黑分散性能和动态力学性能均较好,其中添加2份芳纶短纤维的胶料比添加4份芳纶短纤维的胶料综合性能更好。

Abstract:The experiment studied the application of dipping aramid short fiber to PCR tread compound. The test results showed after adding dipping aramid short fiber to PCR tread compound, The mooney viscosity and mooney scorch time were almost no changed. The curing speed turned quickly. And the rubber had higher-hardness, higher-permanent set. But poor tensile strength , poor ultimate elongation. Because add dipping aramid short fiber, The rubber was worse degree of dispersion which caused abrasion loss, cut resistance, dynamic performance were all turned worse.
