橡胶密炼机的技术进展

简介橡胶密炼机的结构和工作原理,概述本伯里密炼机、GK型密炼机和K型密炼机在国内外的发展情况,阐述密炼机主机的转子、密炼室、压砣和卸料门和主机控制系统,上辅机的小粉料自动称量装置、机械手抓取装置、自动切刀、混炼胶称量和输送装置,以及下辅机的开炼机串联和挤出机的技术进展。国产密炼机转子的结构和材质、上辅机的自动称量装置和自动切刀、下辅机的联动冷却胶片装置等技术已接近国际先进水平,但压砣压力稳定性、整机密封性能和胶片厚度均匀性等仍有待提高。

Technical Progress of Rubber Mixer

This article describes the working principle, structure, types and the latest technological advances in the rubber mixer. At present, there are three types of mixer in the rapid development of foreign and domestic. The material, structure of the domestic rotor, the auxiliary that includes infrared scan code for the materials and automatic weighing ,the under accessory that includes the linkage cooling equipment for the rubber sheet, etc., close to the international advanced level. Rotor life, stability pressure of the ram, sealing of the whole machine, confirm and identification of automatic weighing, IC module, uniformity of extruded rubber sheet thickness, etc., needs to be improved.
