摘    要:合理设计预裂爆破参数,能够将爆破振动对采矿预留高边坡的扰动降到最小。以尖山磷矿东采区已形成的高边坡为例,基于爆破理论及经验公式,结合国内外较为成熟的研究结论,确定预裂爆破的炮孔直径、炮孔间距、装药不耦合系数和线装药密度等参数,将预裂爆破试验振动速度值与回归分析得到的边坡质点振动速度公式计算值比较发现,该爆破参数取值的预裂爆破方案的平均减振率可达52.5%,说明优化的预裂爆破方案对高边坡保留岩体的减振效果明显,建议在尖山磷矿东区高边坡周围开采中广泛采用。

Abstract:Reasonable design of pre-splitting blasting parameters can make the blasting vibration produced by disturbance to the minimum. In this paper, taking the formed high slope in east area of Jianshan Phosphate rock as an example, based on the theory of blasting design analysis and the empirical formula, combining with the mature conclusions at home and abroad to determine the hole diameter, hole spacing, uncoupling coefficient and line density of charging. Recording the vibration velocity values during blasting operation in east slope, we can obtain the slope particle vibration velocity formula by binary regression analysis. By comparing the monitoring values of pre-splitting blasting vibration velocity and the results of theoretical calculation, we will come to a conclusion that the average vibration reduction rate can reach 52.5%, it shows that the vibration reduction effect of pre-splitting blasting scheme in this paper is obvious to reserved rock mass of slope. Therefore, the pre-splitting blasting technology should be widely used in mining engineering under the high slope.
