摘    要:在Y(NO3)3水溶液中,以Fe25Cr5Al合金为阴极,研究了等离子体电解阴极沉积Y2O3陶瓷涂层的规律。研究发现,当施加的槽电压超过临界值时,阴极发生气膜微弧放电,在合金表面沉积出Y2O3陶瓷涂层。研究了施加槽电压、沉积时间、Y(NO3)3浓度对沉积Y2O3陶瓷涂层的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,获得的Y2O3陶瓷涂层表面具有熔融的特征,涂层致密与基体结合牢固。探讨了等离子体电解阴极沉积Y2O3涂层的机理。

Abstract:Y_2O_3 coatings deposited on the surface of Fe25Cr5 alloy in Y(NO_3)_3 aqueous solution by cathodic plasma electrolysis was studied. The results show that the formation of gaseous envelope, micro arc discharge and deposition of Y_2O_3 coatings occur simultaneously on the surface of the alloy when the applied voltage exceeds its critical value. The influence of applied voltage, depositing time and Y(NO_3)\-3 concentration on the depositing process of Y_2O_3 coatings were studied as well. It is demonstrated from the results of SEM and XRD analysis that Y_2O_3 coating has some special characteristics, such as the surface feature cooled from molten state and strong adhesion with the substrate metal. Meanwhile, the mechanism on the formation of Y_2O_3 coatings deposited by cathodic plasma electrolysis is discussed.
