| 摘 要： | 通过对一种U轴刀具的机械结构和运动特点的分析,开发了相应的U轴控制功能,能够消除主轴运动对U轴的影响。该控制功能已成功应用于带U轴的立式加工中心上,实现复杂零件的高效精密加工。

| Abstract: | U axis control method is developed according to the mechanical construction and motion specification,which can eliminate the influence of spindle movement.This control method has been applied to vertical machine center successfully,and high efficiency,high precision machining of complex parts is now achieved. |
