| 摘 要： | 文章对既有住宅,尤其是既有高层住宅的节能改造所面临的问题进行了分析,提出了将节能改造与房屋综合整治相结合的既有住宅节能综合改造的构想,并通过试点工程的实践验证了该构想的可行性,为既有住宅的节能改造工作提供了示范和推进思路。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems about the energy saving alteration in existing residential buildings, especially the high-rise residential buildings, this article gives the idea of integrated energy saving alteration that is the combination of energy saving alteration and building repair and renovation. The practice of experimental project proves the feasibility of this idea, which provides a sample to the energy saving alteration in existing residential buildings. |
