| 摘 要： | 从河道的生态功能及社会功能入手，分析了城市对河道的要求。以此为基础，探讨了在河流综合整治中如何实现城市防洪与景观生态的协调统一。结合深圳市龙岗河干流综合整治工程实例，从防洪标准确定、洪水流量设计、干流断面设计、岸坡防护设计等不同层面介绍了生态型城市河道防洪建设的设计理念与设计方法。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the eco-function and social-function of river，the requirements from city on river are analyzed herein.On the basis of this，how to realize the harmonization and integration between both the urban flood control and the landscape ecology during the comprehensive improvement of river is discussed.Combined with the actual case of the Comprehensive Improvement Project of Main-stream of Longganghe River，the design concept and method for the construction of the eco-urban river are introduced from the aspects such as determination of flood standards，flood discharge design，main section design of river channel，slope protection design，etc. |
