防渗墙墙体材料抗溶蚀耐久性试验研究

摘    要:基于塑性混凝土和水泥土的渗透溶蚀试验和溶蚀前后微观分析,对塑性混凝土和水泥土在渗漏情况下氧化钙(CaO)的溶蚀规律及溶蚀对耐久性的影响进行了研究,认为塑性混凝土和水泥土具有相似的溶蚀规律,随渗透时间延长氧化钙(CaO)溶蚀速率逐步减缓并趋于稳定。因而,防渗墙墙体材料组成一定时,其耐久性应主要从墙体材料的渗漏量和氧化钙(CaO)的溶蚀量进行综合评价。

Abstract:Based on the permeability and corrosion tests and the micro-analyses before and after corrosion made for plastic concrete and cement-treated soil,the corrosion rule of CaO(calcium oxide)and the impact from the corrosion on the durability of the plastic concrete and the cement-treated soil under the condition of leakage are studied; and then,it is considered that both the plastic concrete and the cement-treated soil have a similar corrosion rule,i.e.the corrosion rate of CaO is to be gradually decreased and become stable along with the extension of the seepage duration.Therefore,the durability of the cutoff wall material must be comprehensively evaluated with its leakage and corrosion ratio of CaO,when it has a certain composition of materials.
