我国RCC厚层碾压筑坝 技术概述

摘    要:国外RCD碾压混凝土筑坝技术采用100 cm厚层碾压,加快了施工速度,减少了碾压层面,提高了碾压混凝土质量。我国RCC厚层碾压混凝土筑坝技术,从2005年起步,经过2006年黄花寨水电站厚层现场碾压试验,2009年马堵山水电站厚层现场碾压试验,于2011年在黄花寨水电站110 m RCC双曲拱坝部分坝肩上采用60 cm层厚施工,取得突破。

Abstract:The dam construction technology of RCD with the thick placement lifts of 100 m is already adopted abroad,which speeds up the construction progress,reduces the rolled compacted interfaces and improves the quality of roller compacted concrete.However,the Dam construction technology of RCC with thick placement lifts is initiated in China since 2005,and then successfully applied with the placement lift of 60cm to the construction of a part of the abutments of the RCC double-curvature arch dam with a height of 110m for Huanghuazhai Hydropower Station in 2011 after the relevant in situ rolling experiments of the thick placement lift made at the construction sites of both Huanghuazhai Hydropower Station and Madushan Hydropower Station in 2006 and 2009 respectively,furthermore,a real breakthrough is achieved in the dam construction field concerned.
