激光跟踪运动物体空间坐标测量系统研究

摘    要:基于激光跟踪干涉测量法建立的柔性三坐标测量系统能够有效地解决运动物体 (如机器人手臂、数控机床刀具 )空间位置测量 ,并且有望获得高的精度。讨论了球坐标法激光跟踪干涉动态测量 ,给出了测量原理和系统构成 ,建立了数学模型和实验。

Abstract:Flexible coordinate measuring system based on laser tracking interferometry principle is an effective method to detect 3D coordinate of moving targets (such as robot effectors and machine tools) and possible to get high accuracy. It is described for the principle of laser interferometer based tracking. Further, the structure and various components within such a system are presented, finally the mathematical model of the LTS and experiments are given.
