摘    要:文章叙述了从锡熔炼烟尘生产七水硫酸锌及粗锡和粗铅的工艺。用稀硫酸浸出分离锌,锌溶液制备七水硫酸锌;富锡渣熔炼锡铅合金;高温真空蒸馏分离锡和铅。该工艺流程生产粗锡和粗铅工艺处理锡熔炼烟尘效果好,能综合回收锡、铅、锌、铜等金属,锌的回收率≥94%,锡和铅的回收率≥96%。

Abstract:A process of producing heptahydrated zinc sulfate, crude tin and crude lead from smelting tin dust is discussed. The process consists of three steps. First, by leaching zinc from smelting tin dust with dilute sulphuric acid, heptahydrated zinc sulfate is produced from the leaching solution. Second, smelting Sn-Pb alloys are obtained from the tin-rich slag. At last, the Sn-Pb alloys are separated by a high temperature vacuum distillation technique to produce crude tin and crude lead. This process is proved to be highly efficient in the comprehensively recovery of metals such as Sn, Pb, Zn and Cu. More than 94% of zinc and 96% of tin and lead can be recovered by the process.
