| 摘 要： | 分析了挤压带钎剂软钎焊丝单线坯挤压模具的结构和工作原理,设计了双线坯挤压模具,使其具有双向出线坯功能.改进的结果表明,双线坯挤压模具具有生产效率高、能耗低、模具磨损少、调节简便的特点. |

| Abstract: | The structure and the operation principle of single-wire blank extrusion mould of soft soldering materials with brazing flux in it are analyzed.Based on that,an improved double-wire blank extrusion mould is designed,which has a two-way outlet to enable the double-wire blank output.It is shown that the double-wire blank extrusion mould has the features of high production efficiency,low energy consumption,low wear,and being convenient in adjustments. |
