定向井有杆抽油系统扶正器可视化设置及仿真

摘    要:合理设置定向井抽油杆柱的扶正器,可有效降低杆柱摩擦,延长检泵周期,提高系统效率和抽油杆寿命。首先解决了测井录入方位角不连续问题,采用三次样条插值对连续化后的井眼数据进行计算机模拟,生成定向井抽油杆柱空间轴线;开发了可视的扶正器设置和系统仿真软件,通过文件读取或键盘与鼠标输入(均匀分布输入、井深数据输入以及鼠标点击输入)等方法设置各类扶正器;采用摩擦力等效原则,运用等效摩擦系数计入扶正器对组合抽油杆柱的影响;经过对等效有杆抽油杆柱系统动态仿真,得到抽油杆柱摩擦力分布和摩擦耗能等特性参数,运用这些数据可以对扶正器设置进行评价并进一步改进设置方案,实现定向井有杆抽油系统扶正器可视化优化设置。

Abstract:It can remarkably reduce the friction between the rod string and the oil tube, improve the system efficiently and prolong application life of rod string and oil tube that rationally set the centralizer in the direction well sucker rod-pumping system. In this paper, the method of solving the value discontinuity of azimuth angle of the well is presented. The algorithm for the well orbit simulating using mouse interpolation is introduced. Using visual software, the centralizers can easily set by reading the setting data file or using keyboard and mouse input the setting data, and the setting result is displayed on the screen. Using the equivalent principle, the centralizer effect is equivalent to friction coefficient. Through computer simulation, the dynamic characteristics of the rod string such as the friction force and friction energy are calculated. The optimum system setting will be obtained with these data.
