摘 要: | 通过对旋风分离器阻力组成的分析,研制了降阻框架,在特定的位置安装降阻框架后,能使旋风分离器的阻力降低40%以上。根据降阻旋风分离器内三维速度分布的测试结果,分析了降阻框架能降低阻力提高效率的原因。

Characteristics of Cyclone Separators with Reduced Flow Resistance |

Abstract: | After having analyzed the flow resistance make up of cyclone separations, a frame truss of reduced flow resistance has been developed which, when installed in a particular position, is capable of reducing the separator's flow resistance by more than 40%. An analysis of the measured there dimensional flow field showed how a resistance deminishing frame truss can reduce the flow resistance and raise the efficiency. |
