外加剂对水泥-亚麻杆纤维早期界面性能的影响

摘    要:经对使用外加剂前后水泥-亚麻杆纤维的早期界面性能进行的研究,结果证实:经过熟化的亚麻杆纤维中含有足量能够影响水泥水化的物质,这些物质将影响水泥亚麻杆纤维界面的早期性能,从而影响板材的早期性能;使用外加剂可有效消除这些不良影响,其效果与外加剂的掺入方式及外加剂品种有直接关系。选择外加剂应以促凝效果好并能够阻止纤维中有害物质溢出为原则。

Abstract:The early properties of the interface between cement and flaxstem fibres are studied in the case of adding additives The result shows that there are still some harmful substances in the matured flax stem-fibres,these substances will effect the properties of the in terface then reduce the strength of the cement-flax stem fibre-board The additives could eliminate the harmful influence efficiently Choosing the additives which could form afilm on fibre and make the cement be quickly hardened is suitable
