基于凌阳单片机的直流电机堵转保护电路

摘    要:针对某夹紧装置中,因电机堵转易烧坏电机的情况,提出了一种基于凌阳SPMC75F2413A单片机的直流电机堵转保护电路。根据电机堵转时实测的电压得到设定电压值,经单片机A/D转换端口输入的采样电压值与设定电压值比较,当采样电压值大于设定值时,执行堵转保护。介绍了该电路的硬件结构及软件实现方法,实验表明该电路可以达到系统的堵转保护要求。

Abstract:Based on the fact that the motors will be destroyed when the rotation-clogging happens in a chucking device.The article proposes a lock protective circuit based on SPMC75F2413ASCM(Single Chip Microcomputer).A voltage sample transmitted by the A/D convert is compared with the voltage setted which was the measured result of the experiments.The lock protective circuit will be working while the voltage sample is above of the voltage setted.The configuration of the hardware and the realization of the software are introduced.The experiment result shows that the circuit meets lock protective requirement of the system.
