摘    要:本文主要叙述了连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料缠绕成型过程的国内外研究情况,主要包括浸渍、加热缠绕以及冷却定型等工艺过程;探讨了不同浸渍方法的优缺点及关键之处;在加热缠绕过程中阐述了不同的加热方法,并且总结了一些缠绕过程的工艺参数的影响规律;最后在冷却定型过程中则提及了3种冷却定型方法。

Abstract:This article mainly describes the researches of the processes of filament winding of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites both at home and abroad, including impregnation, heating winding and cooling consolidation; the advantages, disadvantages and the key problems of various impregnation methods were discussed; different heating techniques were expounded, rules of some process parameters of winding were summarized; and three ways for consolidate were mentioned when cooling at last.
