摘    要:华北油田在配制植物胶水基压裂液时,曾使用40%甲醛水溶液(加量0.5%-1.0%)为杀菌防腐剂,未能控制压裂液的霉腐变质,霉变率(坏罐率)高达10%以上,本文报道的杀菌防腐剂JA-1的防腐效果为甲醛液的10倍;在低温应用条件下(浅井压裂)可使交联剂硼砂的用量减少40%-60%,在高温应用条件下(深井压裂)可使压裂液冻胶的运动粘度提高2-3.7倍,JA-1在华北油田各地区投入使用以来(1992-1999),压裂液的霉变率(坏罐率)降低到平均仅为0.9%。

Abstract:An amine bactericide, JA-1, is developed to prevent plant gum base hydrofracturing fluids(HFFs) from deteriorating by microorganism s. The laboratory comparative evaluation shows that JA-1 is 100 times as effect ive as formalin. With 0.05-0.5% JA-1 added into HFFs, the amount of the borat e needed can be reduced by 40-60% for low temmperature treatments in shallow we lls or the viscosity of gelled fluids are increased by 3-4.7 times for higher t emperature treatments in deep wells. At Huabei Oil Fields, the deterioration rat e of the HFFs treated with JA-1 acounts only 0.9% in 1992-1999 as contrasted t o>10% in 1991 when formalin was used.
