矿山起泡剂成份测定及自然降解性能研究

摘    要:矿山选矿过程使用了大量的起泡剂,废水中因起泡剂的难以降解而导致矿区水体COD严重超标.通过实验对广西某矿山所用起泡剂(GX)的化学成分进行测定和分析,同时分析该起泡剂对水体COD的贡献和影响,率先开展其在不同条件下(pH、初始浓度、温度、曝气、紫外线)的自然降解性能研究,研究结果为筛选合适的新型环保起泡剂及降低浮选废水的COD提供科学依据.

Abstract:A lot of foaming agent are used during the mining mineral is processed,but foaming agent is hard to degrade and remains in the wastewater and COD result far exceeded in mine water.This article tells that the foaming agent of some mine in Guangxi is determined and analyzed through experiments.At the meanwhile,the effect and the contribution of foaming agent to the COD materials in the water are also been studied.This article takes the lead in analyzing the degradation performances of foaming agent in different conditions(pH,initial density,temperature,with aeration or without aeration,with ultraviolet ray or without ultraviolet ray).The result of this study provides the scientific basis in choosing the appropriate new environmental foaming agent and reducing the content of COD in the flotation process wastewater.
