一项关于马钢员工英语培训对企业及员工作用的调查实证研究

以马钢教培中心对马钢这个特大型企业的员工英语培训对企业和员工作用的问卷调查和座谈的结果为基础,分析了企业员工英语培训所涉及到的种种问题,以及企业培训对企业人力资源的有效配置和企业可持续发展所产生的影响.分析显示,马钢目前的企业员工外语素质还远远无法满足马钢长期的战略发展和企业员工的个人人才发展要求.因此,如何通过培训教学创新和不同层次的实战实训教材开发,让马钢上到领导决策人员,下到厂矿基层操作人员都能适应全球经济一体化,市场经营国际化,是马钢教培中心外语培训所面临的紧迫任务,也是建设和完善马钢外语培训体系的基础.文章最后给出了该研究的几点启示.

An Empirical Research on the Role of English Training in Masteel' s and Employees' Development

Based on a questionnaire survey of Masteel＇s 172 employees and some informal discussions concerned held in 4 business sectors of Masteel, this research studies the role of English training in the development of Masteel and her employees. It finds that the use of English training can improve not only Masted＇ s position in international business, but also Masteel＇ s individual employees abilities themselves. In the end, the research puts forward some advice on English training.
