| 摘 要： | 随着我国工业、制造业的快速发展,企业对技能人才的强烈需求大力推动着我国高等职业教育的发展。工业文化底蕴是高职院校人才培养的根本,也是高职人才的基本特征和明显标志。如何培养及提高高职学生工业文化素养,关键在于将企业文化融入校园文化,两者有效对接,有效融合。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China＇s industry and manufacturing,enterprises increase a strongly demand for skilled labor,which vigorously promotes the development of Chinese higher vocational education.Industrial culture is not only a foundation of vocational colleges＇ personnel training,but also a basic feature and clear sign of higher vocational talents.The key to cultivate and improve students＇ industrial cultural literacy is integrating enterprise culture into the campus culture effectively. |
