| 摘 要： | 在消费结构升级、国际制造业转移和城市化进程加快等因素的影响下,我国经济呈现出重化工业特征,部分地区出现城市重态化现象,表现为城市环境污染加剧、资源消耗大幅度提高和就业压力增大.通过对发展重工业带来的环境承载力、资源承载力和就业压力影响的分析,得出某些重化工行业的高速增长是建立在高能耗和高污染基础之上的结论,因此必须采取措施预防城市重态化问题,从产业政策和经济角度提出了预防的措施和建议.

| Abstract: | Effected by the upgraded consumption structure,international manufacturing transfer and quickly urbanized advancement,heavy industry characteristic has been presented in our country.City heavy modality phenomenon exists in some regions and cities,and brings a serious pollution of city environment, highly increased resources consumption and high employment pressure.The analysis shows that the quick increases of some heavy industries are based on high-octane and high pollution.So measures must effectively be taken to fight against it.Measures and proposals are given from the point of view of industry policies and economic pattern. |
