| 摘 要： | 介绍了晶闸管移相触发组合模块（以下简称晶闸管模块）的原理及其在箱式电阻炉温控系统中的调功方法，同时还介绍了箱式电阻炉的用途及温控系统的组成原理。与以往传统接触器式控制和分立晶闸管器件电炉系统相比较，晶闸管移相触发组合模块具有无触点、无电火花、维护方便、延长器件使用寿命等特点。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the features and principle of phase shift trigger combination SCR module （hereinafter SCR module）, as well as its applications to box-type resistance furnace temperature control system. Box-type resistance furnace is widely applied to various field of industrial heat treatment. It also introduces the principle and composition of resistance furnace. By comparison with previous circuitry ofeontaetor controlling and of discrete silicon in resistance furnace, SCR module has the characteristics with no contact, no electric-spark, easy maintenance and extended service life. |
