环十二醇液-固相连续法脱氢制环十二酮小试研究

摘    要:考察了GC-250型催化剂的活性以及温度,进料流量对脱氢反应的影响,结果表明:该催化剂使环十二醇液-固相连续法脱氢工艺与以往的生产工艺相比具有较大的优越性,反应曙和,操作可靠,设备简单,完全可以通过中试实现工业化生产。

Abstract:The activity of Gc-250 catalyst and the effects of the reaction temperature and the feed rate for dehydrogenation were studied. It was found that the technolohy of successively dehydrogenation of Cyclododecanol by using this catalyst was superior to the past produced technology,with moderate reactive condition,dependable operation and simple equipment.It's feasible to achieve industrial production by medium test.
