| 摘 要： | 针对厚壁封头冷成形工艺难以实施,废品率较高的实际状况,在一步法无胎冷旋压机上进行了研究和探索,通过将其改装成冷、热旋封头成形机,摸索出适宜的热旋工艺参数,分析了系统的动态性能,拓宽了旋压机的生产能力,提高了成形效率.改进具有投资少,制造周期短的特点,并可实现一机多用的经济效果.

| Abstract: | This paper is aimed at searching for a new method in forming thick vessel-end on a cold spinning machine by equipped with a special and dismountable heater. After the improvement,the throughput of spinning machine is increased and the machine is more efficient.It can make different products in short time and less investment.The machine is proved a reasonable design,simple structure and easy operation in practice. |
