低纤维素型全位置立向下焊条的研究

摘    要:在大量试验基础上,研制了一种纤维素含量较低的全位置立向下焊条,该焊条兼具普通钛型焊条和纤维素型焊条的优点,具有优良的焊接工艺性能;同时该焊条还具有良好的力学性能和抗裂性能,可广泛用于重要结构的焊接.

Abstract:Through experiments a kind of low cellulose content type covered electrode for all position and vertical down welding was researched.This electrode has good properties both of common titanium type electrode and cellulose type elcetrode, with excellent welding operating characteristics and good mechanical properties.The electrode can be widely used for the welding of importance structure.
