高压高精双缸柱塞泵控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对目前国内计量柱塞泵功能弱、性能指标低,难以满足生产和科研需要的问题,提出了基于单片机W78E516的高压高精双缸柱塞泵控制系统设计方案。该系统采用独立于主处理器的脉冲均分器AT89C2051输出脉冲,由此实现电机运动的精确控制,并能够在较高压力下连续输出无脉动流体。该系统不仅具有恒压和恒流两种工作模式,还具有双重操作方式及便于维护的特点。现场测试表明:与国内常规计量柱塞泵相比,高压高精双缸柱塞泵技术性能更加突出。

Abstract:Due to the low target of performance and weak function,the domestic metering piston pump is incapable to meet the practical need of production and scientific research.A design scheme of high pressure and high precision dual piston pump control system based on MCU W78E516 was proposed.Sub-processor AT89C2051 is adopted to generate uniform pulses to realize the accurate motion control of motors,and pulseless liquid can be delivered continuously at high pressure.The system can run in constant pressure mode or constant flow rate mode.Furthermore,it has two operation methods and its maintenance is convenient.Field testing shows the system is superior in technological performance to domestic conventional metering piston pumps.
