微波信号发生器中自动电平控制系统设计

摘    要:针对微波信号发生器中自动电平控制系统的高准确度和大动态范围要求,本文设计了一种高性能前馈式自动电平控制系统,该系统由定向耦合器、检波器、对数放大器、环路积分器、指数放大器和线性调制器等单元组成.文中重点讨论了这些关键单元的特性及其对微波信号发生器性能的影响,并给出了相应的解决方法,最后给出了系统达到的主要技术指标.实际使用结果表明,设计的自动电平控制系统很好地满足了设计要求.

Abstract:In this paper, high-performance feedforward ALC system is designed according to the requirements for high accuracy and wide dynamic range of ALC system in a microwave signal generator. This system is consisted of a directional coupler, a detector, a logarithmic amplifier, a loop integrator, an exponential amplifier and a linear modulator. This paper discusses the characteristics of the sets, the influences on a microwave signal generator and the relevant resolving ways. And the main specifications are listed. In the application, ALC system can meet the design need.
