| Abstract: | Hemodynamic parameters were assessed before and 0.5h after the p. o. of 20mg of nifedipine(NIF) in 31 patients and 60 mg of diltiazem(DIL) in 24 patients with radio-nuclide ventriculography. After oraltherapy.NZF improved the LV pumping fucntion, LVEF increased from 0.56 to 0.63 (P<0.001)and LVEDV increased 15 ml/m2 (P<0.01), CO and CI increased 2.011/min and 1.231/(min m2), respectively,P<0.01. But LV pumping function changed slightly after DIL administration, LVEF and LVEDV increased only 0.03 and 5 ml/m2, respectively, P>0.05. In the group of patients with old myocardial infarction, both negative effect were observed. |
