| Abstract: | The article presents an overall review of China' s petrochemical market in 2004, analyses development trends of ethylene industry as well as market supply & demand characteristics and price trends of synthetic resin, synthetic fiber and synthetic rubber and probes into various factors influencing the fluctuation of petrochemical market and prices of petrochemicals. It also gives a prediction of China' s petrochemical market in 2005 as follows: China' s petrochemical market will stay at the rising stage of new prosperity cycle in 2005 , prices of most petrochemicals will remain at a good level and margin will improve further. |
