摘    要:论述了使用数字喷射成形加工技术实现理想材料零件1]的数字化并行设计与制造的原理.开发了以PMAC(Programmable Multi-Axis Controller)运动控制器为控制系统核心,工业控制机为系统支撑单元的并行双CPU控制系统,辅以相应的辅助元件,实现空间场、材料场、温度场及喷射系统的协调统一,以实现理想材料零件的制造.设计了前馈串级复合控制算法,设置了合理的控制参数,实现了系统的快速、稳定、准确控制.补偿的应用提高了系统的精度.

Abstract:Digital jetting forming technics is proposed to realize the manufacture of ideal functional material components (IFMC). The CNC system is Developed based on PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller)and IPC. The whole control system that includes position control system, temperature control system and jetting control system is researched. A compound feedforward cascade control system is designed; Suitable control parameters are set. A rapid, steady and accurate control of the system is realized. The control precision is improved through leadscrew and backlash compensation.
