基于ADAMS的插床动力学仿真分析及优化设计

摘    要:将虚拟样机技术引入插床设计开发领域,首先对模型进行了运动学分析,并且通过改变各参数值进行仿真,分析各参数值变化对机构运动特性和切削质量的影响;其次,从全局优化的角度出发,以电机功率消耗最大值最小为优化目标,利用ADAM S软件提供的优化分析功能,通过对机构中变量参数的设计研究,找出了对电机功率消耗影响较大的变量参数,并且对这些设计变量进行了优化,使得优化后的电机功率消耗最大值降低。

Abstract:ADAMS was introduces into the field of slotting machine design to satisfy the urgent requirement of domestic machinery domain.On the basis of the global optimization,taking the maximum value of power consumption as the goal,based on the optimization analysis function of ADAMS,by having studied variable parameters in the mechanism,the parameters that had much influence on the power consumption of electrical machinery were found out,and the optimized design to these design variables was carried on,the maximum value of power consumption after optimization was reduced.
