摘    要:提出了一种新的零电压转换(ZVT)零电流转换(ZCT)脉宽调制式(PWM)直流—直流变流器.此变流器中的缓冲单元使变流器的主开关能同时实现零电压开关(ZVS)和零电流开关(ZCS),缓冲单元仅由一个准谐振电路构成.此变流器具有现有各种ZVT或ZCT变流器的大部分的优点,同时能克服这些变流器的大部分缺点.另外,这种新的变流器能在很宽的线路和负载范围内以很高的频率实现软切换.所有半导体开关器件都工作在软开关状态.此变流器结构简单,成本低,易于控制.本文对此变流器作了详细的稳态分析,并通过一个小功率变流器的实验原型电路论证了理论分析.

Abstract:This paper presented a novel PWM dc-dc converter. The snubber cell in the converter provides ZVT turn on and ZCT turn offtogether for the main switch. It is formed by using onlyone quasi resonantcircuit. The proposed converter has most advantages of both ZVT and ZCT converters presented and overcomes most the defects of these converters. The novel converter can operatesoft switching perfectly at very wideline and load ranges and at high frequencies. Allelectronic switch devices operate under soft switching. The proposed converter has a simple structure, low cost and ease of control. This paper presented a steady state analysis of the converter in detail and constructed a low power prototype to verity the theoretical analysis.
