不同精炼工艺对管线钢洁净度的影响

摘    要:对LF-RH和RH-LF 2种精炼工艺生产的管线钢洁净度进行了调研,比较了所生产钢材的各种洁净度指数,分析发现,前一工艺比后一工艺钢中wT.O]平均降低12×10-6,w(N)降低6.5×10-6,w(S)降低8×10-6,显微夹杂物数量更少,尺寸更小,大型夹杂物含量也较低。结果表明,LF-RH工艺更适合生产高洁净管线钢。

Abstract:Research and investigation were made on two different secondy-refining processes of LF-RH and RH-LF to produce pipeline steel.Comparison of several cleanness indexes between two processes were made.The results show that average w(T.O) of the former is 12×10^-6 lower than the latter,average w(N) is 6.5×10^-6 lower,average w(S) is 8×10^-6 lower,respectively.Compared with RH-LF process,LF-RH process has less amount and smaller size of microinclusions,and less amount of large-sized inclusions.LF-RH process is more suitable for producing high cleanness pipeline steel.
