磁致冷永磁高强磁场的仿真及其优化

摘    要:室温磁致冷是一种绿色环保技术,有着巨大的发展潜力,而磁致冷机的工作效率主要取决于磁场大小和均匀度,因此磁路设计就显得尤为重要。本文首先介绍了磁路设计的磁路定理和有限元模拟方法,然后用有限元软件Ansys的APDL参数化编程技术对磁制冷样机中的磁体进行了模拟仿真,并对磁体的结构进行了优化设计。结果表明制造加工的磁体重量下降了一半,大大节约了制造成本。在制造过程中产生的应力和磁极表面的平整度对磁场的分布和大小都会产生较大影响。

Abstract:As a kind of green technology,the room-temperature magnetic refrigeration have huge potential.The efficiency of refrigeration mostly depends on the strength and uniformity of magnetic fields.So the computation of field and design of magneric circuit are essential to the magnetic refrigerator at room temperature.The magnetic circuit theorem and finite element method are briefly described in the paper.The magnetic flux density of working gap is simulated and optimized by using APDL technology of Ansys.The result reveals that the weight of magnet is reduced by 50%,greatly reducing the manufacturing cost.The stress produced in manufacturing and planeness of magnetic pole have markedly influence on the distribution of magnetic field.
