渐开线变位圆柱齿轮的可视化设计

摘    要:采用变位齿轮可以提高齿轮的承载能力,针对变位齿轮设计的关键问题——选择变位系数,采用VB语言建立适合工程应用的渐开线变位圆柱齿轮可视化设计平台。已知中心距,为了实现无侧隙啮合,在满足限制条件下,方便地确定啮合角的数值,按照等滑动系数原则选择变位系数,并进行几何计算、传动质量检查等,通过一个实际算例,介绍设计平台的使用方法。
