钢管内螺纹的检测方法及系统

摘    要:内壁螺纹槽超深的热轧无缝钢管不符合相关质量标准。用漏磁高速检测技术结合计算机智能识别软件构成的内螺纹钢管高速检测方法和系统可准确探测和识别内螺纹,能标记超深螺纹位置和持续范围。此检测信息反馈到轧制工艺中,可明显提高合格钢管产量。系统检测速度20~60m/min;检出内螺纹槽深0.4~2mm。

Abstract:The hot-rolled seamless steel pipes with deeper screw slots do mot meet the needs of quality standards. A high-speed magnetic flux leakage testing system for steel pipes based on computer intelligent software was developed, which could be used to detect and identify the screws inside pipes and to mark their positions and ranges. The output of qualified steel pipes could be hightened by the feedback of testing information to the rolling process. The testing speed of the system was 20-60m/min and the depth of screw slot detected was 0.4-2.0mm.
